Track Your Order
Here is exactly what happens after you place an order, and where to find your tracking number.
1. Order confirmation
You receive a confirmation email within minutes of purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@uchihastore.com.
2. Processing: 2–5 business days
Your order is prepared, checked and packed within 2–5 business days.
3. Shipping confirmation with tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. It's normal for the carrier to take a few days to show the first scan, so a "not found" status right after dispatch is nothing to worry about.
4. Delivery
- United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch (most orders arrive within 7–13 business days of purchase).
- International: 10–25 business days after dispatch. Customs processing may add time.
Where is my tracking number?
- In your shipping confirmation email (search your inbox for "Uchiha Store").
- In your order history if you checked out with the same email address.
Still no update after 7 business days?
Email support@uchihastore.com with your order number and we will check with the carrier and update you within one business day. If a package is lost in transit, we reship it or refund you.
