Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

At Uchiha Store, we are committed to providing you with a transparent and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping terms below to understand our processing times and delivery expectations.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, as many of our products are made-to-order or processed through our global logistics centers.

  • Handling Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday to Sunday).

  • Please note: You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates

For United States Orders:

Note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, or peak seasonal demand.

4. Shipment Origin

To ensure the best availability and pricing, we fulfill orders from our network of distribution centers located in Asia, Europe, and North America. Your package may be shipped via ePacket, EMS, or USPS depending on the product's origin and your location. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking Updates: It may take 2–5 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information in their system.

  • Status "Not Found": If your tracking number shows "no information available" initially, please allow a few days for the system to update.

  • If there is no update after 10 business days, please contact us at support@uchihastore.com.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that:

  • Prices displayed on our site do not include customs duties or import taxes.

  • Customer Responsibility: Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by your country’s customs agency are the sole responsibility of the customer. Uchiha Store is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

While we strive for successful delivery, Uchiha Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or designated delivery spots.

  • Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package, we can offer to reship the item (shipping fees apply) or provide a partial refund (minus shipping and restocking fees).
