Refund & Return Policy

At Uchiha Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have updated our policy to make your shopping experience worry-free. Below are the details of our 30-day return policy, which aligns with our commitment to customer satisfaction.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Condition: In the same condition that you received it (New).

  • Packaging: Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Receipt: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping & Costs (Free Returns)

We value your convenience. Therefore:

  • Return Label: We provide a return shipping label for you to download and print.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Returns are completely FREE. We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns (whether the product is defective or you simply changed your mind).

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at support@uchihastore.com.

  1. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email.

  2. Download and print the label.

  3. Attach it to your package and send the item back to us by mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Processing Time: Once inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days.

  • Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please contact us at support@uchihastore.com. Since we offer free returns, the process is simple and cost-free for you.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
