“What forms of payment do you accept?”

  • We accept most major methods of payment including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We may require additional identification verification to process orders that do not meet our fraud prevention standards.

“How long will it take to get my order?

  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-18 business days for delivery to USA.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    “Do you ship internationally?

    • Right now, we provide shipping to over 65 countries around the world. But we hope that one day we can ship products to you no matter where you are, so sign up for our emails and tell us via chat where else we should ship to!

    “When will I see tracking information?”

    • After your order is picked, packed, and shipped it may take up to 48 hours after receiving tracking information for all of your delivery updates!

    “My order shipped but I never got my package…”

    • Don’t worry! If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing, please reach out to USPS  to locate your item. If it’s still unable to be located, please complete a missing package claim with USPS and provide us with the case number and we’ll make sure you get what you need!

    I changed my mind… Can I cancel my order?”

    • We work really hard to ship your order as quickly as we get it, making it even harder to cancel before it ships. Please double-check your shopping cart and info before checking out. If you’re still sure you want to cancel the order you can follow our Refunds & Returns Policy for a refund for anything that meets our return guidelines.

    “My address is incorrect; can I change it?”

    • Once an order ships, we’re unable to change its destination so please ensure all address information is correct along with any APT, unit, or suite numbers. If you still need to make a change, send an email to support@uchihastore.com as soon as possible with the right info, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

    “I accidentally ordered the wrong size; can you change it for me?”

    • Unfortunately, we can't make any size changes to items after an order is placed. Try double-checking the sizing info before checking out! If a size change is still needed, follow our Refunds & Returns Policy, and contact us at support@uchihastore.com.

     “How should I take care of my stuff?”

    • Wash all our tees on cold and tumble dry on low to prevent fading and keep things looking fresh. (:

    “Is my shirt really officially licensed?”

    • We partner with the brands you know and love to make sure your merch is 100% officially licensed and legit.

    "Are any of your items final sale items?"

    • Yes all items are final sale items.  If you feel that you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact our customer service team via our self service chat.

    "My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I haven't received it."

    Don't worry-if you haven't received your package, there are a few things that we can do:
    1. If the address is confirmed, most packages are usually found to be accidentally misplaced. Look around your mailbox or drop-off location to see if the courier left your package near your house, in your mailbox, in front of your garage, or on your lawn.
    2. Check if someone else accepted the package on your behalf. Ask your family, neighbors, or other household members to see if they accepted the delivery for you.
    3. Sometimes a package can be marked as delivered when the courier is able to arrive at your address, but fails to make the delivery when they aren't able to reach you. Please check your phone messages and emails to see if the carrier notified you of a failed attempted delivery.

    If there was a failed attempted delivery or you still aren't able to recover your package, the best thing to do is to contact the carrier directly. Please have your tracking number ready and refer to the numbers below to call your carrier for more information.

    In the rare case that your order ends up missing, we offer to send you new product under our Purchase Protection Program for orders that do not arrive or got lost in the mail.
