Can I modify or cancel my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to the USA on all orders. No minimum order required.

How long does shipping take?

Standard processing takes 2-5 business days. Delivery within the USA typically takes 7-15 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

Products & Sizing

Are your products anime-licensed?

Our products are fan-inspired merchandise. We carry anime-inspired designs created by independent artists and suppliers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original anime studios or publishers.

How do I find the right size?

Our clothing runs in Asian sizes, which tend to run smaller than US sizes. We recommend ordering 1-2 sizes larger than your usual US size. Check our detailed Sizing Guide for measurements.

How do I care for my anime clothing?
