Orders & Payments

What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We also accept digital wallets such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience. All transactions are secured and charged once your order is approved for processing.

Can I cancel or modify my order? We process orders quickly (within 2-5 business days). If you need to cancel or change your address, please email us at support@uchihastore.com immediately.

  • If the order hasn't shipped: We will do our best to modify or cancel it for you.

  • If the order has already shipped: We cannot change it mid-transit. However, once you receive the package, you can easily return it for free under our 30-Day Return Policy.

Will my items be sent in one package? To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from our different global distribution centers. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare your order.

  • Shipping Time (USA): Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days via our Express Tracked & Insured method.

  • International: Delivery generally takes 10–25 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Yes! We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is available at checkout, we ship to you.

When will I see tracking information? You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note that it may take 2–5 business days for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system. If you see "Label Created" or "Not Found" initially, please allow a few days for the first scan.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day Free Return Policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Are returns really free? Yes! We value your satisfaction. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it? Absolutely. Since we offer free returns, exchanging for a different size is simple. Please contact us at support@uchihastore.com to initiate the exchange process, and we will guide you through the steps.

Are any items "Final Sale"? No, generally our items are eligible for return within 30 days. However, items must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.


Product Care & Support

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. If your package is marked as delivered but missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage).

  3. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly with your tracking number. Note: While Uchiha Store is not liable for packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier, please contact our support if you suspect theft or a carrier error so we can assist you in filing a claim.

How should I wash my apparel? To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend washing tees on cold and tumble drying on low. This helps prevent fading and maintains the quality of the print.
