Please refer to the following steps to arrange return shipment:
Drop off Your Package at Service Point
Step 1. Download and Print the Return label;
Step 2. Pack your returned parcel securely and stick the printed Return label at the outer packaging;
Step 3. Go to a post office/express station to scan your Return label and send your parcel.
NOTE: A refund will only be issued with the parcels returned back by logistics company. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.
Note: Currently buyer from RU/AU can simply use the bar code to return the parcel without printing it out.

Door-to-door Pickup Return Service
Please refer to the following steps to arrange return shipment:
Step 1. Check and save the return bar code;
You'd better write down the bar code and attach it to the package so that the warehouse can distinguish your package more easily.
Setp 2. Pack your returned parcel securely;
Step 3. Wait for a SMS to inform you of the method and time for the courier to pick up your package
Normally you will receive the SMS within 3-4 days, please check in time.
Step 4. Forward your parcel to courier and make sure the bar code assigned to you is the same with the courier's.
Note: currently buyer from MX need to print out the return label and stick it to the package. In other countries, courier will print out the label for buyer and stick it to the package.)
