Track Your Order
Here is exactly what happens after you place an order, and where to find your tracking number.
1. Order confirmation
You receive a confirmation email within minutes of purchase. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@uchihastore.com.
2. Processing: 2–5 business days
Many of our items are made to order, so your order is prepared and packed within 2–5 business days.
3. Shipping confirmation with tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Carriers can take 2–5 business days to show the first scan, so a "not found" status right after dispatch is normal.
4. Delivery
- United States: 5–14 business days after dispatch (most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of purchase).
- International: 10–25 business days after dispatch. Customs processing may add time.
Where is my tracking number?
- In your shipping confirmation email (search your inbox for "Uchiha Store").
- In your order history if you checked out with the same email address.
Still no update after 10 business days?
Email support@uchihastore.com with your order number and we will check with the carrier and update you within one business day. If a package is lost in transit, we reship it or refund you.
