Order cancellation:

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make changes or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds & Returns:

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (30 business days).
  • You received the wrong item;
  • You received a defective item.

    You can submit refund requests no later than 45 business days after orders are shipped. You can do so by sending a message through the "Contact Us" page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

          Please note that we cannot issue refunds if:

          • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
          • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
          • You ordered the wrong product (wrong size, color, type, etc.).

            We cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you want to cancel your order and get a refund, please contact us before we ship it. If the package has already been sent for shipment and you still wish to cancel, please wait until you receive your order and then make a return request by contacting us.

            Exchanges:

            If you'd like to exchange your product, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not return your purchase to us unless we authorize the return.

            To qualify for a free return or free exchange, the following conditions must be met:

            1. You must be from the United States.
            2. The reason for the return must be due to an error on our part, such as quality issues or sending you the wrong product or incorrect size, color, etc.
            3. The product must be in its original condition.

              Received a Defective/Wrong Item? Can It Be Exchanged??

              This rarely happens but if you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at support@uchihastore.com as soon as possible. Kindly include the following information in your email:

              • Customer Name
              • Order Number
              • Photos of the product received
              • A clear explanation of the issue
